Overall Job Purpose

1.1. (a) System Administration, Database Administration, Server Administration for client’s Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS). System is currently coded in .Net stored in oracle database and will move to MS Azure Cloud in 2023.

(01.01) 5% Prepare daily AIMS Database Backups

(01.02) 5% Perform daily AIMS Database server maintenance to prevent database crash, maintain database high performance, reliability, availability

(01.03) 5% Perform daily AIMS Application server maintenance for better performance, connectivity (01.04) 30% Data management of bi-weekly inspection uploads provided by vendors for client’s FPSO’s (01.04.01) Review the vendor submitted inspection upload sheet data, documents submitted for upload to AIMS database

(01.04.02) Data cleanse, prepare vendor submitted inspection upload sheet data to meet the AIMS Tables specification and maintain the data relations within AIMS database

(01.04.03) Upload the inspection data into AIMS Database

(01.04.04) Upload the vendor submitted inspection documents into AIMS database

(01.05) 20% Perform AIMS Workpacks creation, extract from AIMS the past Inspection data, documents to share inspection vendor to execute the workpacks in offshore

(01.06) 20% Perform data (or) documents extraction from AIMS for adhoc requests related to

(01.06.01) compliance to Client (for invoice clearance during end of each quarter)

(01.06.02) third party review/analysis (ABS Survey, Integrity Review)

15% Support DNA Team who will undertake project for relocate of AIMS to MS Azure. Once system is relocated then this position would undertake same role in MS Azure cloud.

 

(b) Stakeholder Management for client’s Asset Integrity Management System

(02.01) gather functional requirements from end users and propose cost time resource estimate (CTR) for AIMS enhancements.

(02.02) engage with end users to propose solution to AIMS enhancements, interfacing between systems (02.03) follow up with end users for the CTR proposals, timelines for CTR executions, clarify dependencies in delivering the CTR deliverables

(02.04) prepare user guides which enables end users to engage with AIMS systems

(02.05) Troubleshoot, resolve IT issues encountered by end users with regards to AIMS application (c) System Implementation, System Support for client’s Asset Integrity Management System

(03.01) design and implement enhancements in AIMS application based on agreed, approved CTR’s (03.02) perform testing of functional requirements, deploy latest enhancements into AIMS server for User Review (or) Acceptance, GO Live

(03.03) Resolve issues reported by end user in AIMS and re-deploy changes into AIMS server for User Review (or) Acceptance, and access resolved items from Live/Production instance

(03.04) Refine code changes to accommodate broad set of data, documents: captured, submitted by vendors as part of inspection campaign

(03.05) Develop interfaces which enables systems to communicate(or)report data, apply business logics based on exchanged data, and maintain autonomous communication between system for the data exchange (d) Tertiary IT Ecosystem support

(04.01) MMS Contracts Management system – understand the existing system rolled out by IT Team, provide available enhancements, support to end users

 

2 Core Responsibilities

2.1 System Administration, Database Administration, Server Administration for client’s Asset Integrity Management System. Stakeholder Management for client’s Asset Integrity Management System Implementation, System Support for client’s Asset Integrity Management System Tertiary IT Ecosystem support

2.2 Train end users (onshore office personnel required by the client’s personnel or the client) to ensure they understand all process and procedural changes with appropriate training materials and deliver the training.

2.3 Identify improvements to existing client’s standard systems at Operational Business Unit Level and submit the proposed improvement to the team in MMS Singapore. Manage requirements change (Bugs in Softwares) and involve stakeholders (onshore office personnel) in all change decisions. Review the solution design to ensure all of the requirements are fulfilled and looking for opportunities to meet additional business needs without increasing the technical scope of the project.

2.4 Maintenance and development of a network of industry and professional contacts to ensure that MODEC is aware of current technology and management practices and is able to make use of this where appropriate.

2.5 Ensure the client’s Asset Integrity Management System database reflects the corrosion management plan. Ensure correct linkage between SAP CMMS and AIMS database. Resolve work order queries with onshore teams to ensure both CMMS and AIMS have the same status.

4 Financial and Operational Dimensions/Impact and Decision-making Authority

4.1 Communicate the actual progress (Weekly Basis), results to the company’s senior management in the fulfillment of business objectives (Supporting company’s FPSO’s Integrity Activities) from the project.

 

5 Work Relationships

5.1 Report to MOSEN Asset Integrity team Liaise with Client Reps of client’s FPSO’s Liaise with vendors working in client’s FPSO’s

5.2 Interface with existing AIMS DBA in order to ensure commonality of approach and share best practice

5.3 Interface with client’s Digital Team to share best practices and latest developments

 

6 Job Challenges and Problem Solving

6.1 Provide quick follow up to MOSEN user requests

6.2 Provide a mixture of short duration projects as well as larger ones

6.3 Provide improvements and solutions to existing User and Supplier experience in order to enhance efficiency

 

7 Qualifications & Experience

7.1 Educational Qualification: Engineering, Technology, Management

7.2 Certification(s):

7.3.1 Oracle 11G: 5+ years of:

(a) Database Administration, Database Installations and Support, Implementing Client Server Setup

(b) Creating Database Model Design, Solutioning to Database business project requirements

(c) PL/SQL, Apps and Reports Development, T-SQL Queries

7.3.2 Microsoft SQL Server 2015: 5+ Years of:

(a) Designing Business Intelligence Solutions with Microsoft SQL Server

(b) Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases

(c) SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, Analytical Services

7.3.3 Microsoft .Net Framework, COM + Services :7+ Years of .Net (ASP, C Sharp, C++, VB) Web Development, Mobile Development (Windows CE, iOS), Device Driver (32 Bit, 64 Bit), Biztalk Integration with MS SQL Server

(a) Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3

10 Salary and Benefits

📷 This is a full-time permanent position to be based in client’s office at North Buena Vista.

📷 44hrs per week Mon – Thu 9hr, Fri 8hrs

📷 We are looking for Singaporean or SPR candidate.

📷 Monthly base salary is $SGD6000 - SGD8000 based on experience

📷 With AWS and Discretionary Bonus

📷 Annual leave 15 days per year
