Quantity Surveyor |ES

Reporting to QS Manager| Location: Pasir Panjang| Permanent role

Responsibilities

· Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

· Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies

· Prepare and analyze costings for tenders

· Submission of tender query

· Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations to project scope

· Visit site to measure and value works completed

· Updating of company’s Sales Force porta

Requirements

· Diploma in quantity surveying, electrical / mechanical engineering or related field

· 5 to 8 years of general construction estimating experience

· In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry

· Keen to learn and possess positive attitude

· Competent in MS Excel and Words

Benefits

· Number of workings days per week: 5 days’ work week

· AWS/Bonus: AWS & Performance Bonus

· Medical, Dental benefits: $1,000 for medical and $300 for dental per year

· Annual Leaves: Depend on pay grade. For these roles, either: min 15 days to 18 days max or min 18 days to 21 days max (additional 1 day per year till cap limit).
